The Terminal provides cheap charter flights from Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regional centers. The airport has world-class facilities like duty-free shopping, souvenir shops, a bank and several ATMs, business centre, foreign exchange facilities, a post office and a small tourist information office.

Cheap charter flights can be booked at the airport to other islands in the Philippines. The time it takes to get into Manila varies enormously depending on the time of day. At peak times, it can take up to two hours; at best, it will take thirty minutes. Hotel cars can also be arranged at the airport's hotel reservations desks while Limousine companies have desks in the Arrivals hall. An airport bus runs to Metro Manila; a cheap and frequent Metro bus also operates to Metro Manila.
